I grew up in Chicago but have lived in Minneapolis longer than most natives. My husband David and I were married for 51 years, and I’m still in my house! I had a late-life career as a pastor in the United Church after our three sons were grown. I still preach and do weddings and funerals. I was recruited for A&K at the beginning. We had no idea what we were joining, but it sounded like fun. It is a lot of work AND a lot of fun! I have always sung in groups, currently I sing with three: A&K, the Bloomington Chorale and Morningside Hills Choir.
FUN FACT: I was born and raised in Chicago. REAL CHICAGO, not the burbs!
