I am a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I live on the small hobby farm my family purchased in the 1970s. I love this place as much as I love world travel.
I was a registered pharmacist working full-time for almost 40 years. At age 60, I quit working full-time and went on-call to follow my dreams: Music and Theater.
In 2012 I signed up for Stevie Ray’s Improv Performance classes. I kept adding to my dream with classes at the Guthrie, McPhail Music Center and the University of Minnesota. I also studied and performed guitar, piano, voice and theater. I am forever grateful to Mary Laymon, my voice teacher and friend of 16 years. She has been my Guiding Star. Joining Alive & Kickin has become my Life Saving Treat.
FUN FACT: I was Ms. Minnesota Senior in 2008 and was chosen Ms. America Senior Sweetheart in 2O12!
